EDIT: Looks like a file size limit—not length. Tried exporting much more compressed file and it's uploading atm.
FYI, still some bugs to iron out (see ERROR below) @elonmusk.

a long term plan here. I understand charging for the API, but I think that one thing that had been great about Twitter in the past is it’s ability to function across the internet. In many cases this move is killing traffic to Twitter itself from outside sources. For instance,

There was no "evolution of the science". Many scientists worldwide knew that the vax does not stop transmission by spring/summer 2021. The 2020 clinical trials did not check for transmission-blocking.
