Austin took this step also. Remove parking attachment minimums! People spend millions trying to build their way to affordable housing. You just need reform. No rent controls. Remove parking minimums. Allow more buildings per sq ft. Don’t need $$ just smart policy.

Ever since I've decided to eat eggs in the morning and steak in the evening, everything has improved.
