OPINION: There's still a problem with visual clarity when it comes to Parody accounts.
Some possible solutions:
1) Usernames start with the parody label (eg "Parody Elon Musk")
2) A custom parody label below the username
3) Different or edited profile pic than the real account

Accurate assessment. Threads is just Instagram minus pics, which makes no sense, given that thirst pics are the main reason people use that app.
